I had a major tire issue on a very busy interstate during rush hour. I waited a long time because AAA dispatched another company to change the tire and they refused due to safety (I get it.) Then they (AAA) dispatched Morgan Towing- as I was waiting I checked the GPS and noticed AAA had me located many miles from where I actually was! As I was speaking to the operator to get my location changed, the driver (Craig) showed up. I told him I was on the phone to change my location, and he said, “I saw it was wrong because I know the mile markers.” His knowledge got him to me faster. Had he followed GPS I would have waited another hour. Craig was quick, kind and made my safety a priority. Definitely five star service. This was my second experience with Morgan Towing.
The driver was okay but I waited 3 hours for a tow truck my worst experience in my life caused by AAA. What's the driver got there he was excellent great guy great service
I can't speak for every employee, but the guy they sent out to pick up my car was amazing, Edward Swanson i believe was his name, he had the skills that pay the bills. I had a company come out T&T or TNT towing and give me every reason under the sun as to why they wouldn't tow my modified drag racing car. my car was in a smaller shop in the rear of my property. they wanted me to push my car out to the street to hook up across 2 acres of land. Edward showed up, didn't give me one fit as to where the car was located. flipped his truck around and swung that big rig threw my yard with precision avoiding the four 3 car garages, I have scattered threw my two acre parcel. one of the garages still has a 38 foot rv parked along it making the path to the farthest garage in the back only 9 feet wide at its choke point. didn't matter to Edward, he reversed right threw it all to the shop that's way in the back and hooked up right there. and was on his way. drove it to my new house and dropped it perfectly onto one side of my garage as if I had driven the car in myself. this guy needed the recognition which is why I'm here writing my review. Thank you Edward Swanson, for being the professional that you are.
Can’t say thank you enough, we accidentally locked our keys in the truck at the Veterans cemetery on the one year anniversary of my dad’s passing…only when we did our two year was still in her seat. Thankfully Morgan towing was there in no time and even had our two year old smiling and laughing as he was opening the door. Thank you so much! You made a hard day a blessed memory!

Michael Lewis did an incredible job towing our totally dead Prius. Some masterful work to get it loaded and unloaded all while unable to get it out of Park due to the battery issue. Excellent service that went above and beyond. So grateful for his help.
I've recently had my car towed by Ed Swanson, and after having some issues in the past week getting it towed he was extremely nice and helpful, he called me when he was on his way and was a delight to talk to and very helpful getting my car into a small driveway with no issues. I'm very thankful for his help after a stressful week!

I have AAA and I needed my car towed to the shop. My car is lowered and I was very nervous about getting it on the truck. Kelsey showed up and did a great job.
